Kelly Florence served as Communications and Community Relations Coordinator at the BBH and as a Worship Leader, Music Ministry Coordinator, and Lay Teacher at Blackburn’s Chapel.
Kelly began her tenure with the Blackburn House in 2013. Since then she has fallen even more in love with life and ministry in Todd. Kelly graduated in May 2013 from Appalachian State University with a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. Throughout her college career she was involved with Cru (Campus Crusade for Christ) as a worship leader for four years and a bible study leader for one semester. She is passionate about becoming closer to Christ, loving people, singing and playing music, traveling, encouraging the body of Christ in people’s individual gifts and callings, bringing the Gospel to all nations and seeing God restore broken things and people into beautiful masterpieces meant for His glory. She plans to remain in a mindset and lifestyle of ministry and Kingdom living wherever she ends up in life. Her and her husband, Andrew Florence, currently live in Todd and are active members of the community.
